COURSE DESCRIPTION :

This course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills for basic cardiac life support according to the guidelines established by the National Resuscitation Council (NRC), Singapore

COURSE OBJECTIVES :

• Prepare participants with an in-depth understanding on the concept of chain of survival .
• Provide participants with the necessary knowledge on the functions of the heart and the causes, signs & symptoms of heart attack.
• Equip participants with the skills in providing resuscitation (CPR) to an adult, child and infant .
• Equip participants with the skills in managing foreign body airway obstruction in an adult, child and infant

COURSE DURATION AND CERTIFICATION VALIDITY :

Duration – 10 Hrs {1 Day} and Certification valid for 2 Years

COURSE OUTLINE:

• Adult one-man CPR
• Relief of foreign body airway obstruction in an adult-conscious and unconscious
• Infant CPR
